I have a F. R. Harper painting that hung over the crib of my uncle. It is approximately 90 years old. It shows a blond haired baby sleeping. I can send a picture via email if you’d like to see it.

Good day to you!
My friends have discovered a beautiful print by F.R. Harper entitled A Mothers Prayer. Under the picture Is the Prayer written by Edger Allan Poe and some nice scroll work design around it. Would anyone begin to know the value of this beautiful art. It is also in a period frame.

I have a painting signed F.R. Harper lower right it is an Indain Maiden by the lake and a canoe. The painting came from my grandmothers things from 40 years. I am not sure if a print or original haven’t unscrewed the backing off the frame. I have found other prints but they are not quite the same painting. such as the tee pee on mine is on the left of the painting all others are on the right. What does this mean and can you tell me more about where and how to find out what it is worth?
