I have a print by Lislie Emery ( This is my Love ) its been in the family for years.

Leslie Emery 50
I think i have the original painting… some one who just recently passed gave my neighbor this painting….it was painted on old canvas it is not a print..it has received damage.. ot sure if it can be repaired not sure email is munrod50@yahoo.com
I have a set (8 off) of framed Leslie Emery ‘Golf Clown’ prints. Can somebody tell me if there is any $ value that can be attached to them? please respond to jb@iinet.net.au
I would love to have “This Is My Love”. I bought one at an auction in Ohio some years ago. I had a house fire on September 19th, and lost it, amongst everything else. Does anyone still have it?
At the outbreak of World War II, Leslie Emery joined the Air Force, serving in North Africa and Southern Italy, where he studied the character of people and sketched dark eyed children. Like the one portrayed in “The Phoenix”. That poor (possibly Italian) little girl seated amidst the ruins of her house represents the hope for the future, like a Phoenix arising from the ashes.
Thanks You very much for the info. I have this print, which is very old and I can’t find another one anywhere. Do you know of any reason it would be so scarce?
I have a copy of This Is my Love. Can anyone tell me what it might be worth? It is signed and dated 50. Its in a wood frame with a brass name plate on it. Thanks.
I have The Big Moment #15 in a frame. Has slight damage, ex; a scratch not very noticeable, and color change is darker. If interested please email with price.
I have a Leslie Emery drawing mother and child. It’s in a really old wood frame. I have seen some in black frame but, that framing just doesn’t look right for age of this drawing. Its is signed. Just want to know what I have before I try and sell. I also have George Washington and Lafayette at Mount Vernon. The frame is soooooo old looks abt at least 100 yrs old. I know it use to hang in a museum. If anyone knows anything PLEASE LET ME KNOW. I have pictures.
