I recently purchased the Violinist at an auction. I would love to know who the “Violinist” actually was, when it was painted, or any history about who previously owned this painting. When I bid on it, I knew nothing about Jack Kramer. Neither did anyone else, or else I would not have been able to afford it. I just thought it might be a nice painting to display with my collection of antique string instruments. As I started researching, I was tickled pink to find out more about Mr. Kramer and to actually see my painting on your web site.
